Learn the art of securing contracts

TESTIMONIALS

It was really an amazing lecture. I was positively captivated, it kept me enthralled till the end. I see myself becoming an asset. The lecture is deep and yet so easy to understand and very practical as well. I enjoyed every bit of the class and I know for sure that after my completion, I will be a better person. I count myself so lucky to learn and grow from this platform

Wow. Definitely learning a lot. I just finished one negotiation with a client and this class has opened my eyes to some of the tactics they used. Well, let's just say I'm better prepared for next time.

Mastering Negotiation training was apt and excellent! I learned so much. I will recommend to buyers, contract personnel and employees in general who interface with contractors. Great training!

She commenced her career in Halifax Bank of Scotland, UK, organising finance for Public Private Partnerships (PPP) and bid writing for the bank. On relocation to Nigeria, Efemini spent years working in Oil & Gas Supply Chain Management; overseeing pre and post tender & contract activities in vast fields including Drilling Operations, Production Operations, Logistics, Production Maintenance and Asset Integrity Management.
Over the years, she watched the smaller indigenous companies struggle to get jobs whilst the established companies won all the contracts over and over again. She always empathised with these companies who did have the technical expertise to perform the work but were unsuccessful in competitive tendering; not being able to showcase themselves through formal tendering processes.
At the beginning of 2019, she decided to create a solution to this problem. In her words, 'This is my little contribution to the development of the country; providing local companies and those who want to do business in the industry, with the right skills and information they need to compete successfully with other players.'
